Unfortunately Named Czech Booze Brand: Bum

Many thanks to richardinprague for supplying photos of this magnificently named “tuzemak”, the Czech hooch known as “tuzemsky rum” (“domestic rum”) until the European Union took an interest.

In the interests of fair and balanced reporting, it should be pointed out that “bum” is the noise a drum makes in Czech. But that spoils the joke a bit.
